QA/QC Coordinator/Manager - Ref Q834

Athens, Greece

You will part of the PMC team reporting to a Senior Manager, and you will be based in the principal EPC contractor’s office in Athens.

In this senior position you will provide the ultimate authority for setting and monitoring QA/QC practices and standards on the engineering design, equipment purchasing and pre-construction standards, for an oil and gas field development in North Africa.

Your prime responsibilities will therefore include:

•   Leading and participating in internal and external QA activities;

•   Audit reviews, inspection and verifications;

•   Reporting and handling non-conformances;

•   Monitoring contractors and vendor’s for compliance with regulations, contracts and QA systems;

•   Review and coordinate project documentation;

•   Undertake vendors’ inspection - North America, Western Europe and UK.

Suitable applicants experience must have experience in a senior QA/QC capacity, have also worked in an office based role on a major EPC type project.

Your experience must also include participating in inspection in Equipment Manufacturing premises. In addition to a good practical base on inspection issues, a recognised qualification in Quality Assurance is also expected.
