Cost/ Proposals Engineer - Part Time - Q 810B

For a central London based EPC/PMC contractor, conveniently located close to an underground station.

An ideal opportunity for a fully or early retired, Cost /Proposals Engineer, to be engaged part time, in the support of the permanent team, on a fairly flexible work schedule. Your experience must be strongly biased to engineering cost/proposals activities.

You will participate in the preparation of commercial aspects of proposals, pricing structure, payment schedules, lump sum and unit rates, etc. Also, when necessary liaise with Contracts and Operations, during proposal preparation and project execution; and Finance and Accounts departments, during the preparation and review of financial reports. A good grasp of contractual factors in the overall preparation of proposals is important.
