When to advertise

Success stories

For further information

1. Search and recruitment services:

Headhunt: For Senior Specialists and Managers and above.

Database search: For all levels of personnel; to cover vacancies for employment under either permanent staff or contract/consultant terms.

 2. Fee structure:

Headhunt: A highly competitive fee structure. If advertising is involved, we charge re-imbursement at cost, and the overall fee agreed at commencement will be less.

Database search: Introduction fee when candidate submitted starts employment

3. Where advertising can be particularly beneficial.

We can advertise under your Company's and Quest's name, OR under Quest's name only.

The latter is particularly beneficial where a Company has previously advertised and does wish to further expose its failure to attract. Often people have historic pre-conceived opinion about a company, which can be unfounded. In the absence of a company name they will be more open-minded.

Introduction from database: A standard introduction fee or appropriate mark up for personnel to be employed under Contract/Consultant terms.

4. Examples of successes

Case 1 - A Major European Oil & Gas Operator:

Over the past 7 years we were assigned a number of headhunt assignments, requiring particular skills, including an appropriate second language, when our performance was as follow:

Number of awarded assignments

10

Candidate whose application progressed to job offer stage

9

90%

Candidates accepted job offer

7

70%

Case 2 - An international Oil & Gas related construction company:

The company was experiencing great difficulties in recruiting personnel at Construction Director down to Superintendent levels for their $multi-billion project in Saudi. Following a meeting with the Construction Director, who challenged our ability to recruit significant numbers, our performance was as follows:

Over a 6 month recruitment campaign

Job offers made to candidates

16

Job offers accepted

12

75%

Case 3 - Recruitment of a Discipline Manager in spite of high agency rates in the area.

We analysed all aspects of the job and company and then decided how to best promote the job and what factors would meet the aspirations and motivations of a prospecting candidate.

A comprehensive 4 page information package was then prepared working in close liaison with the company. The job was then advertised on our website and another suitable media. As a result a highly suited candidate was recruited into the permanent staff position.

This is but one of many instances where we have satisfied an employers recruitment problem.
